The programme ends at 00:00 each day.

You must be at leat 16 years old to attend the festival. The age will be checked on the basis of the identity card at the entrance. The festival programme ends at 00:00, so no accompanying person or „Muttizettel“ is necessary.

Tickets

All tickets already purchased remain valid for our next Panama edition in July 2022. You don’t have to do anything else and you can enter the festival grounds as normal with your ticket.

If you have any further questions about ticketing, please feel free to contact us directly via our contact portal or by email at support@panamaopenair.com.

When booking a ticket for POA 2022, simply enter your voucher code in the „Discount“ field. It will then be deducted automatically.

Yes, you can use several vouchers at the same time when buying tickets.

Don’t worry. Your voucher is registered with us. Please write an e-mail to our support (support@panamaopenair.com) and state who gave you the voucher and what credit it has. After checking in our system, we can send you a new code/voucher.

In this case, please contact our ticketing team directly: support@panamaopenair.com.

Absolutely not! Illegal ticket copies are a problem for many festival organisers. It is easy to fall for tricksters. They copy tickets and then sell them on. The seller then goes through the entrance very early and the person who bought the copy comes later and is not let in because the original ticket has already been cancelled.

Avoid all these problems and only buy your ticket online directly from our shop.

We strongly advise you not to buy tickets on any portals! For more information, click on the BDKV widget:

No to the ticket black market! https://bdkv.de/ticketzweitmarkt/

Where can I safely buy tickets for the Panama Open Air Festival?

You can only buy tickets online in our ticket shop.

No, unfortunately this is not possible. The ticket will be exchanged for a festival wristband at the entrance, which allows access to the festival for the whole weekend.

The fastener of the wristband will be firmly sealed. The wristband cannot and must not be passed on – cut wristbands lose their validity and will not be replaced.

Generally speaking, we have a no-refund/ticket change policy. However, in certain cases (e.g. cancellation due to a Force Majeure event or if you do not meet some entry criteria prescribed by the local authorities after you purchased) a full refund (excl. 3% processing fee) applies.

Not able to join the festival? Sell your ticket(s) 100% safe via our official partner Ticketswap.

TICKETSWAP IS THE ONLY OFFICIAL RESALE PLATFORM FOR RESALE OF TICKETS.

If you have purchased tickets for the Panama Open Air 2022, you can repersonalise them. To do this, you need to look at your ticket mail again and then click on the ticket and a Vivenu ticket should now open with the option of re-personalisation.

If you still have „old“ tickets, i.e. from 2020-21, then unfortunately re-personalisation is not yet possible for technical reasons. But that is not a big problem. You can still pass the tickets on to someone else without personalising them. Re-personalisation is therefore not necessary for old tickets.

This ticket does not give you access to the event! It must be a vivenu ticket. Please contact support@panamaopenair.com to exchange your Eventbrite or Eventim ticket.

Payment system & festival wristbands

Important: We do not have cash on the premises – We’re cashless only! Therefore, the pledge runs as follows:

1. deposit coin („POA-Coin“ or „Pfand-Coin“):
The deposit coin, which you got for free with your wristband at the entrance, has the value of a festival cup.
2. first drink:
Hand in your deposit coin and pay for your drink. If you are fetching drinks for a group, collect your friends‘ deposit coins and fetch drinks for all of them. If you get more drinks than you have deposit coins or cups, you will pay a €2 fee for each additional cup.
3. the following drinks:
Exchange your empty cup for a new one and pay for your drink.
4. when leaving the festival
Return your last cup to the drinks stalls, it will then have no value anymore.

For all Full Weekend ticket holders: exchange your last cup back into a coin and bring it to the festival on Saturday!

Without a deposit coin / cup you pay 2€ for the cup!
The deposit coin has no monetary value, i.e. you can neither return the coin you got for free at the entrance nor exchange it for 2€.

Cashless only! You can only pay with EC card, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Tickets can no longer be purchased on site at the box office. Don’t wait too long, we are almost sold out.

You can get the festival wristbands at the Rheinaue train station and at Herbert-Wehner-Platz.

Please note that entry is only permitted with a valid wristband.

Important: If you have a full-weekend ticket, please do not remove your wristband after the first day of the festival! You will not receive a new wristband on Saturday if your ticket has already been scanned once!

Covid-19 Conditions

We do not have any legal Corona requirements. Nevertheless, we ask you to treat each other responsibly.

If, contrary to expectations, POA 2022 cannot take place due to changing conditions, all tickets will be refunded without exception.

Those who still have a full-weekend ticket including camping for 2020 / 2021 will receive a full-weekend ticket again in 2022 (only without camping). Don’t worry – the new ticket you receive will be worth more than the old one! To help you find a suitable alternative for camping, we have put

together some great travel packages (in the menu under „Travel“). There’s bound to be something suitable for you!

The Panama Open Air has grown considerably and you can expect top artists from all over the world, as well as exciting partners, workshops and stage designs! To make all this possible for you, we have adjusted our ticket prices accordingly.

If this option is not suitable for you, please write to us via the contact portal or by email to support@panamaopenair.com. We will be happy to help you!
